Our processing times vary and can take 3-5 business days. Upon shipment, you will receive a notification email.
Our shipping times vary and can take 5-14 business days. For international customers, there may be additional charges via customs and Lillie Nicole Cosmetics is not responsible for and is not included in final order cost.
In the event that you need to update your address for any reason, you will be subject to an address correction fee. If a purchase is returned to Lillie Nicole Cosmetics, our team will contact you via email provided and you will be required to pay a reprocessing and new shipping fee.
Returns/Refunds
All sales are final. Once your order is placed you will not be able to cancel. For damaged product(s) proceed to continue to section A.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and Lillie Nicole Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If there are any issues with your order, please email contactus@lillienicolecomsetics.com within 48 hours of order delivery. Our team will respond within a timely manner.

If package arrived damaged, please take a picture of damaged item(s) as well as the packing slip for verification. You have 48 HOURS from the time of product delivery to submit your photos and a brief description to contactus@lillienicolecosmetics.com . Please allow 48-72 hours for our team to receive and process your inquiry. If a product has been deemed as damaged by Lillie Nicole Cosmetics, we will issue the purchase value in store credit only. Please note NO DM’s will be accepted.
