If package arrived damaged, please take a picture of damaged item(s) as well as the packing slip for verification. You have 48 HOURS from the time of product delivery to submit your photos and a brief description to contactus@lillienicolecosmetics.com . Please allow 48-72 hours for our team to receive and process your inquiry. If a product has been deemed as damaged by Lillie Nicole Cosmetics we will issue the purchase value in store credit only. Please note NO DM’s will be accepted.
